Common questions

Why can't I see all of my albums?
Spotier reads your saved albums, playlists and top artists through the Spotify API, which returns them in pages. If something is missing, try the artist search or paste a Spotify album link in the import panel. Albums not on Spotify cannot be added.
My Spotify sign-in fails or loops.
This is almost always a stale authorisation. Revoke Spotier on your Spotify apps page, then sign in again. If it still fails, email us with the approximate time it happened so we can find it in the logs.
Where did my unsaved list go?
The builder keeps local drafts in your browser, so an accidental refresh is recoverable from the draft history in the builder toolbar. Drafts do not sync between devices or survive clearing site data — hit save to store a list on your account.
How do I make a list private again?
Open the list in the builder and toggle visibility in the settings panel. To hide your whole profile, use your account settings. Search engines may keep a cached copy for a while afterwards.
How do I cancel Pro?
Open the billing portal from your account settings. You keep Pro until the end of the period you already paid for. Deleting your account does not cancel the subscription — cancel it first.
How do I get a copy of my data, or delete everything?
Both are self-serve on your account page: download a JSON export of your profile, lists, likes and comments, or delete your account permanently. See the privacy policy for what is stored and for how long.
Is Spotier affiliated with Spotify?
No. Spotier is an independent project that uses the public Spotify Web API. Album artwork and metadata belong to their respective rights holders.

Privacy and data requests

Access, export, correction and deletion requests are self-serve on your account page. For anything that page does not cover — objecting to processing, or a complaint — email support@spotier.online. We respond within 30 days, as set out in the privacy policy.
